1. What personal information does Out of Sight Tours collect?

The types of personal information that we collect will depend on the nature of your dealings with us.

3. Will your personal information be given to anyone else?

Out of Sight Tours provides the customer name, telephone number, address and email address for each booking made to the relevant supplier. Our suppliers require this information for the provision of their services to customer. Although Out of Sight Tours offers services from reputable suppliers, we have not placed specific limitations on these suppliers from using or disclosing information without permission. Out of Sight Tours encourages individuals to review the privacy policies of the suppliers’ the goods or services have been purchased from.

In the rare event that Out of Sight Tours is required to disclose Personal Information to law enforcement agencies, government agencies or external advisors Out of Sight Tours will only do so in accordance with the Privacy Act or any other relevant Australian legislation.

We use technology, continual data verification processes, documented employee procedures and internal monitoring to help ensure that your information is accurate and up-to-date.

6. Declining product offers (“Opt-Out”)

From time to time, Out of Sight Tours may use your information to tell you about other products and services, discounts, special offers, competitions and invitations to special events. However, we clearly recognise the importance of providing you with choices by giving you an easy means to "Opt Out" from receiving these offers.
